Spring 2021
Student Experience |
“For the Spring 2021 semester, I have been interning with the Piedmont Park Conservancy. As a nonprofit development intern, I’ve developed skills in database maintenance, grant writing, and individual fundraising. This professional experience has not only taught me about the nonprofit world but allowed me to gain a better idea of what career paths I am interested in as well. Receiving the Experiential Education Stipend has enabled me to take on an internship I otherwise may not have been able to pursue, and it has also allowed me to take audit hours and thus focus on my internship this semester, rather than trying to simultaneously juggle it and a full-time course load.” |
