Student Experience |
I must imagine it will be difficult to match the degree of career growth and personal development that I experienced while working as a Co-Op at Chick-fil-A. I developed a deep appreciation for company culture and a passion for continuous learning. I left the program with newfound strengths in collaborative problem-solving, prototyping, and data analysis by contributing to continuous improvement in restaurants and delivering innovative kitchen solutions. I carry with me Chick-fil-A’s culture of respect and service into every new opportunity that comes my way, keeping a keen eye for places that intentionally invest in building up leaders. I’d like to thank my career coaches, Robert Heinevetter and Brandon Goodwin, for nominating me for this award. Lastly, I also want to express my sincere gratitude towards my project mentors Zach Stephens and Chris Halford for guiding me along my career journey and taking great efforts to establish me in becoming an engineer and leader. |
