Georgia Tech’s co-op program is an incredible opportunity to gain real-world experience, and it completely changed the trajectory of my future. Throughout my three co-op rotations with LyondellBasell, I worked on several improvement projects for different manufacturing plants. This experience allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, all while earning money to fund my education. I had the privilege of working with amazing mentors and managers who gave me hands-on experience and helped me explore different aspects of chemical engineering. I highly recommend the co-op program to any student looking to not only grow their technical skills but also gain a deeper understanding of what their career could look like.
