Undergraduate Student Co-op and Internship Award Winners

“Although I may only be in my second co-op rotation with Delta Air Lines, I have experienced tremendous growth in my business acumen. The Project Management team I am a part of, has allowed me to experience many facets of Delta’s daily operation, as we work inside of the world’s busiest airport. From the start, I was given ownership of projects that dealt with real-time problems that affected Delta in various ways. My team helped me make connections within Delta and expanded my relationship-building as we worked with vendors and contractors external to the company. But for me, my greatest learning opportunity has been linking the work I do to the overall operation. The ability to see projects through to an end has grown my confidence that what I learn at Georgia Tech can be applied in my career and working with Delta has grown my appreciation for the education that we receive at Georgia Tech. My time with Delta Airlines has been invaluable thus far and as I continue in my co-op rotations, I am encouraged at the prospect of continuing to grow in my business skillset.”
