Participating in the co-op program at Delta Airlines propelled both my career and educational journey to new heights. Thrown into real-world challenges, I translated classroom knowledge I gained in my off-rotations into practical problem-solving at work. The supportive atmosphere at Delta fostered an environment where growth was not only encouraged but nurtured. I acquired so many professional mentors who continuously inspire me. Special thanks to Andrea Ciasullo and Addie Kluemper, who I am extremely grateful for! My time at Delta lingers in my memory as a truly transformative experience that I will forever carry with me onwards. |
