I have loved getting to co-op at McKenney’s. I was given real responsibility and learned so much throughout my three terms with them. It was awesome working at the jobsites with the foremen and getting to see the construction progress myself. My project team was very supportive of me, and it really helped me to excel in the work I was doing. This scholarship will help go to my last semester at Georgia Tech and allow me to focus more on my studies before I graduate. I am thankful for all the skills and leadership opportunities I developed at McKenney’s, and I can’t wait to grow and apply these skills as I continue with my professional career.” |
