The All-Majors Career Fair is approaching, and this workshop will help you stand out in the crowd. During this session, students will learn how to walk employers through their resumes in a clear and memorable way, rather than simply handing it over. You will receive guidance on highlighting key strengths, tailoring your talking points, and positioning yourself competitively. In addition to best practices, you’ll learn how to make the most of every recruiter conversation—even when lines are long and time is limited. This workshop will also teach strategies to keep employers engaged despite recruiter fatigue at large fairs. Students will practice framing their accomplishments in a way that sticks with employers later. Please register via CareerBuzz and Zoom; a hybrid option is available.
