Tiana joins the Georgia Tech Career Center from the University of Georgia, where she served for two years in the University of Georgia Career Center. As Interim Career Consultant and Graduate Assistant for the School of Public and International Affairs and 10+ departments within the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences (Humanities & Pre-Law), she provided students with one-on-one career coaching, which includes resume critiques, job search inquiries, and other developmental skills that would improve students’ readiness in the workplace. Before working at UGA, she served as a Student Transition Specialist for Achieve Atlanta’s Scholarship & Affordability team.

Tiana received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia. She is dedicated to empowering students as they navigate their professional journeys with confidence and clarity. Tiana is excited and honored to serve the Georgia Tech community and the city of Atlanta.
