Free Wifi Launch on Delta Aircraft. New Seat-Back screen user experience. New main cabin interior design.
3.) What was your favorite thing about the co-op?
I loved how much I was able to learn and grow in such a short period of time.
4.) What are your future plans and how did your co-op influence them?
I am unsure about my future plans, but this co-op confirmed my passion for consumer research, technology innovation, and the customer experience.
