1.) What company have you co-oped with?
2.) What were some exciting assignments you worked on?
I completed my co-op at Delta Air Lines as an Operations Analysis & Performance Co-op. Over the last 2 years, I had the opportunity to learn about the aviation industry while creating powerful automation tools, reports, and metrics to improve operational performance.
Throughout my three rotations at Delta, I had opportunities to truly embrace the Delta Difference. From tours of Tech Ops, The Cargo Warehouse, IFS Training Center, and even a Flight Simulator Experience, I gained valuable insights into various aspects of the business. I’ve acquired new skills, traveled to new places, and made a lasting impact through automation projects and more. I felt truly welcomed into the Delta family during my time there, and for that I will be forever grateful.
3.) What was your favorite thing about the co-op?
My favorite aspect of my co-op was collaborating with amazing co-workers and managers who supported my growth and learning in the data analytics field.
4.) What are your future plans and how did your co-op influence them?
I plan to start my Master of Science in Analytics at Georgia Tech after graduating this fall. My co-op experience played a pivotal role in shaping this decision, as it helped me realize my passion for analytics and data science and solidified my desire to pursue a career in this field.
