1.)  You must be a current co-op or intern student to enter the contest

2.)  Photos for the contest must be from your co-op or internship Summer 2023 work term

Photos must be of you on your work term, in your work term environment. This means:

• You must appear in the photo (no scenery-only shots).
• The video/photo must be related to something you did on your co-op or internship
• Do not submit advertisements for your employer
• Do not add text to the photo.
• No watermarks may appear on the video/photo.

3.)  You must provide permission to the Career Center to use the photos/videos to enter the contest.

4.)  Ensure permission from your employer to use the videos/photos. By entering the contest, you are confirming your employer has given you permission for the workplace to be photographed or videoed.

5.)  If your video and photos have other people, ensure you receive written permission to use their image.

6.)  By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these complete terms and conditions.

A panel of Career Center staff and campus partners will select THREE(3) top photos and videos from the submissions to the contest. Judging of eligible entries will be based on the following criteria:

1. Adherence to the contest rules
2. Technical quality of video/photo (high-resolution, well-lit and in focus)
3. Composition (subject is framed well; strong placement and angle)
4. Visual Interest (use of color, originality, creativity, humor is welcome but not required)
5. Representation of Work Term (photo/video directly relates to your work term); and other criteria as the judging panel determines to be relevant.

Decisions made by the judging panel are FINAL.

A total of THREE(3) prizes will be awarded to the top three photos as voted on by the Career Center staff and campus partners

• First Place: $300.00
• Second Place: $150.00
• Third Place: $50.00

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

The Georgia Tech Career Center reserves the right not to select a winner or winners, if in its sole determination, it does not receive eligible or qualified entries.

Winners will be announced on TBD.   If a winner cannot be reached within FIVE(5) days following the first attempt at the contact via email address provided by the entrant, or if the winner declines the prize, the Career Center may award the prize to another entrant.
