BCG Launch is a virtual series that will run from May 19th – June 6th and provides current undergraduate and non-MBA masters students with an exclusive look into BCG and the journey to becoming a BCG Associate. For added flexibility, live sessions will be recorded and made available to watch asynchronously. The program includes:

• Virtual events hosted by BCG consultants
• Live Q&A
• Case interview prep
• Additional resources

During the Launch sessions, BCGers will share how their experiences on topics such as forming community within BCG’s affinity networks, working with world renowned clients, and navigating the recruiting process. We invite current undergraduate students to join L.E.K. Consulting for an Organization and Performance (O&P) focused virtual Info Session & Undergraduate Case Workshop, designed to give you valuable insights into L.E.K. Consulting and help you prepare for case interviews.

The session will begin with a brief introduction to L.E.K., where you’ll learn more about our O&P Associate role and then a case interview workshop where you will learn various frameworks and run through some practice cases. There will also be time to speak with O&P representatives from our firm, which will be a great opportunity to learn more about L.E.K. and the recruiting process.
