Catharine Groover is a graduate career development advisor who assists students in choosing a career, obtaining experience, and applying for a full-time job. She has worked in higher education since 2015 in various roles. Prior to her work at Georgia Tech, she was an academic advisor at Kennesaw State University and Georgia State University. She has also worked as an admissions counselor for Mercer University School of Medicine. She earned her Master of Education in Professional Community Counseling from the University of Georgia and Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University.
In her free time, Catharine enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, hiking, and baking.
