2017 FALL ON CAMPUS RECRUITING
CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS THE WEEK OF GEORGIA TECH'S ANNUAL ALL MAJORS FAIR?
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.
Due to high volumes of recruiting activity during the week of the annual GT ALL Majors Career Fair held September 11th and 12th, 2017 the following guidelines and regulations will apply:
- We are limiting the number of interview rooms that can be reserved to a maximum of 3 (three) per company.
- Due to increased recruiting activity on campus and to accommodate as many requests for interview space as possible On-Campus Recruiting will open September 6, 2017 utilizing only the "Room Reservation Only" module to allow companies full control of creating your own schedule(s) opening the opportunity to include last minute candidates.
Normal recruiting activity will resume on September 18th. All requests are to be made through CareerBuzz.

NOTE: Please be aware C2D2 has very limited on campus recruting interview space. Due to limited space we will be enforcing our "no show" policy. Please refer to the recruiting guide for specific details. Thank you for being mindful when reserving multiple rooms. This policy ensures the most opportunities for our students.
On-Campus Recruiting & CareerBuzz Job Postings:
Please be advised that positions posted in CareerBuzz have screening criteria that pre-screen students by majors, degree level, class level and work authorization (as well as applicant type for Internship and Co-op positions) Students that do not meet the screening criteria set in CareerBuzz for your position postings are/will not be able to apply for these positions.
Please review your job posting(s) in CareerBuzz carefully before attending the Career Fair, to make sure the screening criteria is set correctly and includes all majors, class levels and degree levels you are interested in hiring, if not please revise the job posting(s).
Please ensure to advise the students that you meet at the Career Fair to apply through CareerBuzz only when they meet the screening criteria of your positions, including the work authorization set in the system.
Center for Career Discovery and Development will not revise job postings or change screening criteria if approached by students that have been advised to apply for positions for which they do not meet the screening criteria in CareerBuzz. We will be more than happy to make any job posting/screening criteria changes at request and directions of a company representative.
INTERVIEW DAY LOGISTICS:
Interviews are conducted in the Bill Moore Student Success Center. Please check-in the Student Success Center Basement area. We open at 8:00 a.m. and the normal interview day is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please do not schedule any interviews before 8:30am. Our standard interview schedule offers an hour break for lunch and two 15-minute breaks during the day. You can select twelve 30-minute, eight 45-minute or six 60-minute interviews per schedule.
INTERVIEW ROOM CANCELATION FEE:
There is no cost associated with the use of our interview rooms. However, if you cancel your interview room reservation less than 2 business days prior to the interview date a cancelation fee of $100 will be assessed.
