Ken Little, Graduate Co-op Program Manager, has over twenty-five years of experience as a career development professional guiding students into graduate and undergraduate co-op and internship assignments. Prior to joining Georgia Tech's career center in 1991, he had extensive experience in corporate human resources and recruitment.
1.) What’s your favorite thing about Georgia Tech? Georgia Tech’s excellence is recognized world-wide. No matter where I travel, it is easy to establish immediate bonds with alumni and friends of Georgia Tech who understand the educational quality, the institutional history, the research commitment, and the tradition-rich culture that makes Georgia Tech unique.
2.) What’s your favorite spot on campus? The roof garden of Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons.
3.) What’s a “must see” place or event in Atlanta? There are so many. I think individuals should visit the Atlanta History Center to understand the background and evolution of this vibrant city. I also think newcomers should attend any performance by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus which has been called one of the finest choruses in the world.
4.) What’s your best advice to new grad students? Start early identifying and using the resources available to you that will help you succeed.
